In the cascade system, each boiler operates independently and includes protective features such as a card system, timer, dry-run safety device, pressure and safety valves, and thermal magnetic switches, all from Siemens.

Each boiler has a maximum resistance power of 12 kW and uses long-life Cr-Ni resistors in series. Water connections are designed with flanges, allowing collection in a pipeline for transfer to the system, which also includes pressure gauges and shut-off valves.

If a resistor needs replacement, the affected boiler can be serviced without interrupting the operation of the others. The electrical panel is housed within the boiler and contains copper bars and TMS protection elements. This integration simplifies installation processes
